If I am not pleased with an item, can I return it?

Yes, you may return your item post-pandemic as long as it follows our return policy that you may find here. You will receive store credit only; no refunds.

Can I receive my money back?

For all returns, we only issue out store credit in which you will receive in 3-5 business days. Refunds are unavailable. 

Will items that are sold out restock?

There's no guarantee that all sold out items will restock, so please be sure to make your purchase when the item first catches your eye so you don't miss out. If you want to be notified about a specific item, go to the item and put in your email so you will be one of the first to know if the item is restocked in your size. 

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once it has been processed, you will receive your order within 2-7 business days depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, you will be able to track it on your shopLAURENJANAE's account or using the tracking number in your email.

My order status says delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

Unfortunately, shopLAURENJANAE is not responsible for this. Please contact your local post office for assistance with this issue.
