There are no refunds; however, in the rare event that you are not pleased with an item, you may exchange it for store credit of the purchase price of the item/s EXCLUSIVE of original shipping charges within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date.
All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.
RETURN SHIPPING is the responsibility of the customer.
In order for shopLAURENJANAE to accept your product for store credit, it must be in the original packaging with all tags still in tact. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Swimsuits, any white clothing, and bodysuits will NEVER be accepted for an exchange.
If you purchased something that was on sale or used a discount code to purchase, there will be NO EXCHANGES. You will know if an item is on sale because it will be listed on the product and the receipt.
